Our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Aremu Yahaya, is an entrepreneur and business leader with extensive professional experience spanning enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, audit, third-party risk management, corporate governance, procurement, compliance, and policy development. His career spans healthcare, financial services, and other highly regulated environments, where he has led initiatives focused on strengthening organizational resilience, oversight, and operational effectiveness.

Dr. Yahaya holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance. His professional credentials include Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Project Management Professional (PMP), and CompTIA Security+. His professional development also includes Harvard University’s Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age program.

Dr. Yahaya is a member of ISACA, the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), the Third Party Risk Association (TPRA), and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).

His doctoral research, “Operationalizing Enterprise Risk Management as a Strategic Decision Discipline within Executive Leadership Workflows,” reflects his belief that risk awareness should be integrated into strategic decision-making rather than treated solely as a compliance function.
